1. Pre-press to remove moisture and wrinkles
2. Press at 320 for 15 seconds. Heavy pressure.
3. Slowly peel at COLD temperature! *If it doesn't peel, please stop and press again. *
4. Cover with teflon sheet, parchment paper or cotton shirt (for softer results) and press again for 7-15 seconds. 5. DO NOT WASH FOR 48 hours.
